Building competencies through bold, authentic, empowering, and meaningful DEIB education, coaching, and mediation.

At Eva Vega World, we help organizations, teams, and individuals heal from the harmful effects of discrimination, bias, and exclusion. We focus on creating a safe and supportive space where people can reflect, share experiences, and rebuild trust. We just don't talk about DEIB. We help teams actively change how they work together by promoting empathy, fairness, and community while rebalancing historical impacts. Our healing-centered approach means we recognize the pain that can come from surviving and/ or replicating systemic unfairness, and we guide people through practices that support recovery, connection, and lasting change.

The problems we tackle:

Supporting teams who struggle to have bold, authentic conversations about tricky, fraught, or complicated topics

Supporting supervisors navigate politicized DEIB dynamics and resistance.

Supporting colleagues find meaningful resolutions to disagreements where power and privilege are the elephants in the room.

Supporting teams offer meaningful professional development.

Supporting organizations currently fighting resistance to DEIB with skills building to deepen relationships and EQ.

Client Testimonials

“Eva’s thoughtful expertise combined with her soulful pragmatism is an incredibly powerful combination that has enhanced our organization’s work and culture, while deepening our impact. She’s also a joy to collaborate with.”

— - Alden, CEO, Nature Sacred
Each conversation or engagement I have with Eva shakes free so many beliefs that clutter my thinking, allowing these outdated thoughts that don’t serve me to become the compost and fertilizer for what is emerging. I always feel invited into a deeper and fuller dimension of myself and community and freedom.
— Dr. Imani Chapman, Pastoral Counselor, Coach and Consultant for Equity
Our students consistently give us feedback that Eva’s presentation is one of their favorite parts of our Orientation programming, and, because she has a beautiful way of weaving her message through storytelling and music, students remember what she says and take it to heart. She manages to bring vulnerability, transparency, relatability and humor to each presentation, traits that are not easily found in presenters.
— Kristen B, Director of Campus Programs

Eva Vega’s facilitation and presentation was engaging and powerful, inviting each of our Board members to consider their own unique identities and that of the students who we mentor. She incorporated definitions, data, and compelling examples that brought us closer to the experience of University students today and provided strategies and tips for fostering more affirming connections.
— Courtney M, Trustee/ Member of D&I Committee

Eva is an amazing coach. She has incredible insight asking thoughtful yet challenging questions that assists me in my approach to difficult situations many of us are facing. Eva’s deep understanding and perspective on equity and inclusion is hard to find in a coach and has been critical. I grow as a leader every conversation we have!
— Mary B, Interim College President

I’ve worked with Eva through some of the most overwhelming challenges I’ve encountered in a single year. When I think about my coaching sessions with Eva, I think of trust. She holds space for my soft, sensitive side and also knows exactly when I need to step outside of my comfort zone—and how to compassionately guide me there!
— Katel LeDû, Publishing CEO
